Payment methods we accept

These are the payment methods available at the Lorfelix checkout. The list below matches exactly what you will see when you pay.

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover and UnionPay
• Wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Pay later: Klarna

We do not currently accept PayPal, bank transfer, cheque or cash on delivery.

Currency

All prices on this website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include tax. The amount you are charged is the amount shown at checkout.

Payment security

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. Your card details are handled by Shopify's payment providers and are never seen or stored by Lorfelix.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. If a payment fails or is declined by your bank, your order will not be processed and no goods will be dispatched.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please see our Refund Policy for the full details, including timescales.
